Blissful Day!

I just celebrated my birthday 3 days ago. It was special. First of all I want to say thanks a lot (once again) to these two people: Robin and Bee, who successfully made my birthday become a very special one. I love you guys, more and more each day. (˘⌣˘)ε˘`)

So... these two people and some of my close friends, with 1/2 dozen of cupcakes and candles on it, came to my house and surprised me at midnight. I was shocked (in a good way) and so not ready for that. But hell yeah, I was really happy! Thanks buddies..
Besides that surprise, I've got two phone calls from The Netherlands. It was from Erik (Bee's boyfie) and Ma Joke (Robin's mom). I feel so loved and blessed at the moment. :")

On my birthday, Robin and Bee rented a car plus the driver for me. They took me to my campus. God, I miss that place so much! Lots of good memories I've had there. So, we went there and took some pics. After that, we went to Senayan City (Sency) for lunch.

Bee said that she needs to meet her colleague in Sency, too. Then when we finished our lunch, we went upstairs to catch up with her colleague. But then.... I got another surprise! Suddenly there were my college friends came out of nowhere holding a plate of pancakes with candles on it. Aaahh Ik ben HARTSTIKKE BLIJ!! Ik dank jullie wel voor de verrassing, meisjes!

My birthday story isn't over yet. Around 4pm Robin and Bee took me to Ancol, we spent about one and half hour there, doing nothing but walking around and chit-chatting. Geez, I almost forgot to mention that I also got two phone calls from Bandung and Bali. Thanks for calling me, Kak Ocha and Kak Dea. Glad to hear your voices kakaaa.. :-)

Anyway, from Ancol I was taken to one of my favorite restaurant in Southern Jakarta for birthday dinner. I ordered my favorite food and drink as usual. Again... another sweet surprise happened: Apparently the woman that I love the most in my life came and joined us for dinner, My Mom! Not only that, Nick (Robin's friend) also joined us that night. Even I've got another phone call from far far away land, but this time from Oma Hinke (Robin's grandma). And indeed there was another cake and candles to blow, to close my birthday.

I am extremely grateful for that day. I wish the day would never end, but sadly it has to end. Though I decided to end my day with one big smile on my face and being grateful for whatever God has given to me. Beautiful day with beautiful people around. And I hope there will be more of that for the next years to come.... Amen.
